Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched by our suppliers within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard shipping: 2–7 business days depending on your location
• PO Box addresses may require additional transit time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Signature & Delivery Instructions

If you require a signature service or have specific delivery instructions, please leave a note on your order or contact us at shimmersandthrows@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We are unable to modify delivery instructions once an order has been dispatched.
